What Rateful does

Rateful gives TikTok Shop creators an AI manager. It answers brand emails, negotiates within the rate card you set, sends written recaps and collects payments through Stripe. You must be 18 or older and able to agree to contracts.

Rateful acts for you, within your limits

• You authorize Rateful to read brand emails sent to your deals address or connected inbox, and to reply in your name.
• Rateful only proposes prices from your rate card and never goes below the floor you set. Deals need your approval unless you turn on autopilot, which accepts only offers at or above your floor.
• You are responsible for the deals you approve or let autopilot accept, for delivering the agreed content, and for following advertising rules, including disclosing paid partnerships (for example TikTok's paid partnership label and #ad).
• Check what Rateful sends. AI can make mistakes, and you can edit, pause or take over any conversation at any time.

Fees

• The Free plan costs nothing. Paid plans (Pro at $49 a month, Scale at $149 a month) are not billed until Rateful closes your first deal, then bill monthly.
• Rateful takes 0% of your deals. Brands pay a 3% processing fee on top of the deal amount.
• You can cancel any time by switching to the Free plan under Payouts and plan. Cancelling stops future charges; months already paid are not refunded unless the law requires it.

Payments and payouts

Payments are processed by Stripe. To receive payouts you need a Stripe account and must accept the Stripe Connected Account Agreement. Rateful holds brand deposits and releases them as the agreed work is delivered. Payout timing depends on Stripe and your bank.

What you may not do

• Use Rateful for spam, fraud, fake deals or anything unlawful.
• Impersonate someone else or sign up with a handle that isn't yours.
• Try to break, overload or get around the limits of the service, or resell it without our permission.

Your content

You own your content, rate card and deals. You give Rateful permission to use them only to run the service for you. We handle personal data as described in our Privacy page.

No guarantees

Rateful helps you answer and negotiate deals, but we can't promise any number of deals, any price or any brand's behavior. The service is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before it.

Ending

You can close your account at any time. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms. Deals already agreed and payments already made are honored as far as possible.

Changes

If we change these terms in a way that matters, we will email you before the change takes effect. Continuing to use Rateful after that means you accept the new terms.
